QUESTIONS

Still deciding which fits?

These are the ones we hear most. Anything else, just ask — a real quote beats a guess every time.

How is a project scoped and priced?

We start with a short discovery call, map the must-have features, and return a fixed-scope quote — no hourly guesswork.

What's the difference between project and retainer pricing?

Project pricing covers a defined build with a start and end date. Retainers put a dedicated pod on your roadmap month over month.

Can we upgrade plans mid-project?

Yes — scope changes are common. We re-quote the delta and keep the original timeline as unaffected as possible.

Do you offer a payment schedule?

Typically 30% to start, 40% at the midpoint milestone, and 30% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
